Why The Power Table 100 Awards Exist

I kept seeing the same thing.
Founders with iconic, strong personal brands.
Top-ranked podcasts.
Sold-out offers.
Highly profitable, well-run businesses.
And yet—no awards. No formal recognition.
Not because their work wasn’t excellent, but because it didn’t fit a traditional mold.
Many of these women chose solopreneurship or small, flexible teams. They built businesses that support their families, allow them to work remotely or travel, or give them the freedom to design their days—while still creating meaningful impact.
Most award programs aren’t designed to recognize that kind of success.
The Power Table 100 was created to change that.
When I founded The Power Table, I realized how many women were building extraordinary businesses without ever being formally recognized for them.
I saw founders who had made intentional choices about how they work and live—without sacrificing credibility, income, or influence.
Founders who built sustainable businesses that support their lives while still serving clients well and contributing positively to the world.
But so many of them are missing earned recognition.

Who Should Apply
- The Power Table 100 is designed for women founders who:
- Are actively running a business
- Have built something that supports their life and priorities
- Can clearly articulate their leadership, impact, or execution
- Value sustainability, autonomy, and long-term credibility
- There is no minimum revenue requirement. No required team size. No expectation that your business looks like anyone else’s. What matters is leadership, integrity, and intention.

What Award Recipients Receive
Power Table 100 honorees receive recognition designed to support long-term visibility and authority.
Award recipients will be:
- Recognized as an official Power Table 100 award recipient
- Featured across The Power Table platforms, including email and social media
- Listed in the Power Table Virtual Lifetime Hall of Fame
- Announced during the Virtual Awards Ceremony in April
- Sent a physical award and curated swag, shipped directly to them
- Provided with branded award graphics for their website, social media, email, and marketing materials
Invited into ongoing visibility and connection opportunities within the Power Table ecosystem
The Power Table Woman of the Year recipient(s) may also receive expanded year-long visibility, a featured podcast interview (optional), and discretionary financial support in the form of a business development cash grant.

Each business may submit one application in one category per awards cycle. Businesses may apply in a different category in future years as their work evolves. All applications are reviewed by an independent judging panel.

The Power Table 100 honors women entrepreneurs who are leading with intention, integrity, and impact. This recognition is not based on popularity or audience size. It is a curated award program designed to spotlight founders who are building well-run businesses, shaping conversations, creating meaningful impact, and elevating others through their leadership.
Before You Apply:
Applications are reviewed by an independent judging panel.
All applications require a completed payment of the application fee to be considered.
Submission does not guarantee selection.
Application Fees:
Application fees are required for all submissions and are non-refundable, regardless of outcome.
Power Table Mastermind Members: $49
Non-Members: $79
Application fees support administrative processing, judging coordination, and program operations and do not guarantee selection, recognition, or receipt of any financial award.
You can also submit the application on someone else’s behalf.
