I was really lonely. I thought I had the dream. But I secretly wanted someone to be that sounding board that made my dream bigger, more amplified. Someone to push me and say “Girlfriend, this can be so much bigger than what you currently believe is possible. Let me show you how.”
For years, I ran a profitable coaching and digital product business from behind a screen. I had the freedom I dreamed of, I could walk the beach with a coffee every morning if I wanted but I was missing something: connection. Real, honest, energizing conversations with women who understood the highs and lows of building something big.
In 2021, I started building community online. I began sharing business tips on social media, launched my first digital courses, and started attracting other women who were navigating the same entrepreneurial path. What started as content quickly became connection—DMs turned into friendships, and our online presence became a place where women came not just to learn, but to belong. Still, I couldn’t shake the feeling that we needed more. More support. More strategy. More in-person community.
I really needed to fix the loneliness. So I did the only thing I knew how to do. I met another woman for coffee. And it was great—we got lattes—and then it was like, “Okay… what now?”
Then I decided I wanted to get more women together—a lot of women in Florida—for two days.
In 2024, I launched our very first in-person conference. It sold out at 75 women.
And then I thought, “Oh my gosh. Well, I don’t just want two days of women getting rich and building connections. I want to give women what they need to take action all year round.”
So days* after the conference, we launched The Power Table Mastermind to give women year-round online access to the coaching, collaboration, and connections they were craving.
*Yes, I said days. That’s something you’ll learn inside our community. We teach you to make fast, strong decisions where you don’t even hesitate to be bold and trust yourself.
And then I got this text from one of our more established business owners–
“Hey, I would love to just spend 2 days with you in your brain planning the next few years in my business because I feel like I’m not seeing everything myself – can we rent an Airbnb? Oh and you probably know some other really great women to invite.”
So we added a new layer: The Mastermind Weekend—a private, offsite retreat designed to take the transformation even deeper.

At The Weekend, we completely shifted her identity from just the CEO of her company to Industry Leader, we mapped out her own mastermind in the beverage industry, and she launched her new membership 7 weeks later and added $10K/month in passive income.
The group of women who wanted to take action with us just kept growing.
At our 2025 annual conference, The Power Table LIVE, 100 women joined us in the room in Destin, Florida, with more than half flying in from across the country.
What started as posts on Instagram and a handful of coffee meetups has now become a global community and an education & events brand serving women at every stage of their entrepreneurial journey.
Today, The Power Table includes our annual conference, virtual summits, podcast, mastermind programs, and weekend retreats. But more than anything, it’s a space where women are supported, seen, and surrounded as they scale.
