Every woman in the room pours into you and your business, offering sharp feedback & fresh perspectives, so you walk away with clarity and action steps, not questions you’ll ask ChatGPT later.
No speakers. No panels. Just you, nine other powerhouse founders, and Taylor, founder of The Power Table, working.
Dedicated space to focus and execute without distractions. You’ll leave with the kind of real, measurable progress that usually takes months to achieve at home alone.
Four pillars designed to fuel your growth for the long term, align your mindset, and keep your energy grounded.
All-inclusive comfort with chef-prepared meals (GF and vegan options included), morning beach walks, and space to recharge, collaborate, and reconnect with your next level. You’ll stay in a private room with a king bed.
We skip the surface-level talk and get straight to what’s actually moving businesses forward, real numbers, real stories, and the truth behind the highlight reel.
Every framework, number, and strategy in the room gets shared. No holding back, no watered-down advice.
When you’re surrounded by sharp minds and expert feedback, clarity comes fast. Leave knowing exactly what your next move is — not just what’s possible, but what’s right for you right now.
You’ll leave with action steps mapped, contacts, projects in motion, and the support to keep your momentum long after you’ve packed your bags.
This is more than a luxury experience, it’s your chance to mastermind on a private yacht, surrounded by the ocean breeze, a glass in hand, and a camera capturing your next-level CEO identity.
She used the weekend mastermind to test her speaking topics, refine her signature talk, craft her pitch, and even film expert reels that positioned her as the go-to voice in her niche. She flew home with a talk outlined, a pitch, and the referral from a fellow attendee who made the first introduction to a stage.
One attendee collaborated on-site with a fellow member (a brand photographer) to reimagine her podcast, shoot new cover art, and launch her new positioning—all before boarding her plane home.
She came in with five offers pulling her in five directions. After one day in the mastermind, she made the call to retire three of them. Six months later, the two she kept generated more revenue than all five had combined.
She’d been wanting to pitch brand partners for a year but didn’t know how to position her audience. The weekend gave her the framework, the confidence, and a fellow attendee who made a direct introduction. She had her first signed deal within one week of landing home.
Because the real ROI isn’t just revenue. It’s the network of powerhouse women who keep sharing opportunities, referrals, stage invitations, and support on the big decisions long after the weekend ends.
Yes, and here’s the honest answer: this is four days in October that most attendees say changed the entire trajectory of their next 12 months minimum (if not more).
The question isn’t whether you can afford four days away.
It’s whether you can afford to keep making big decisions the way you are currently.
Most of our attendees have been saying “next time” for a year before they finally come. The ones who come say they wish they’d done it sooner, every single time.
If you’re asking, you probably are. This weekend is designed for women who are already in motion — running a real business, actively building a personal brand, and ready to think seriously about what the next chapter looks like.
It’s not for beginners, and it’s not a “get started” room. It’s a “go bigger, smarter, and more sustainably” room.
If you’re doing the work and you want to be in a room full of women operating at a high level, you belong here.
(And if you’re genuinely unsure, DM or email us — we’ll tell you the truth.)
There are no speakers here. Not one. No panels, no curriculum, no slides.
This is a working weekend, which means you are in the room as a participant, not an audience member.
The first full day is an intensive mastermind: every woman in the room gets real time, real feedback, and real strategy. The second full day is integration — you build, map, and execute. You won’t leave with a notebook full of inspiration you’ll never act on. You’ll leave with a written plan and the relationships to back it up.
The weekend flows between deep work and space to breathe. Here’s the general shape:
Throughout: chef-prepared meals, morning workouts (optional) and beach walks, breathwork, and space to have the unplanned conversations that end up mattering most.
Past attendees have included franchise owners, tech founders, authors, event hosts, community leaders, high-ticket coaches, and personal brand-driven CEOs.
We cap it at 10 because the value of the weekend lives in the depth of the conversation — and that only works in a small, curated group.
You’ll know within the first few hours that you’re in the right room.
We will give you Pre-Weekend Homework and also host a Pre-Weekend Call to allow you to meet everyone before you come to the Weekend.
Come with your current business landscape, your biggest open questions, and one or two things you want real feedback on.
Everything else — meals, accommodations, materials — is handled.
The weekend doesn’t end when you leave Destin. The relationships you build here are the long game. Weekend attendees stay connected through The Power Table community and continue collaborating, referring, and supporting each other long after October.
Several past attendees have gone on to co-create programs, refer clients, book each other for stages, swap podcasts, and even return the following year. The room doesn’t close when the weekend does.

We plan our Yacht Day for Friday, October 23. In the event of rain, we may reschedule for Saturday, October 24. The good news is that October is part of our dry season here in NWFL and rain is very unlikely!
If we have unexpected weather and will not be able to go out on the yacht at all, we will spend the day in a luxurious, indoor experience 🙂
Worried about getting sea sick on the Yacht? You’re always welcome to take an anti-nausea medication, but also rest assured, we do not go out in the Gulf or in any deep water. We cruise directly around the Destin Harbor and jetties to see dolphins, and then anchor at Crab Island. The boat will be stationary most of the time we are on it!
